This was a great inexpensive place to stay after needing to come to Penrith for an appointment. It's a fantastic location, less than 500m from the Emu Plains train station, making it an easy place to get to, and to get to anywhere else from. The staff were friendly and helpful. I booked an accessible room, and it was great for my needs, though I was a little surprised at some of the choices they'd made which prevented it from being a fully accessible room for people who use wheelchairs. They may have other accessible rooms with a different layout, but this is the one I was in. It had grab rails for the toilet and shower, and a well placed shower bench. However they'd taken away the shower curtain which would have made the whole room a flat even floor and put in a glass shower frame and door, resulting in a lip at the bottom of the door which would cause problems for some people. I also would have liked somewhere other than the tiny shelf next to the sink to put dry clothes and toiletries. The room itself was a good size, with a double bed, chairs and table. I liked the nice easy to use lamps that you just had to tap the base to turn them on and off. It had a little kitchenette with a kettle, microwave, plates, bowls, cups, mugs and cutlery, which was very useful. Though again, the height of the microwave meant it wouldn't have been suitable for a wheelchair user. The floor was tile throughout, and while I personally like carpet, I know tiles are an easier choice for many mobility aids, so that's not a bad thing! The doors are unlocked by just tapping the key card against the reader, which is definitely easier than trying to insert them into a lock, so that was good. I did find the door itself a bit heavy though. Overall, I was happy with my choice of accommodation and would stay here again if I was in the area

Great hotel, been here about 7 times as I do Canoe slalom at the Penrith Whitewater Stadium! Service is always amazing and the rooms are perfect for resting. Great place and definitely recommended.

Everything was perfect except for the noise from the trains. Overall, it was great value for the price we paid. We also had a great check-in experience with Kieren.

I just wanted to provide feedback as I was really really happy with my experience during my stay. It was a last minute booking and Cassandra contacted me to confirm my booking and confirm check in times. Her service was so lovely and friendly and despite it being late in the day, she still stayed friendly and professional. She was so lovely. When I made it to check in, I met Reggie who went through the process while remaining friendly and clear even tho it was about 2 minutes before check in ended. I ended up returning to reception to request for another night where I met Kieran. He was absolutely LOVELY and sure knows how to make you feel comfortable and friendly. All staff were so friendly and accommodating while staying professional. They were absolutely amazing and I would definitely recommend staying for a little chat with these lovely receptionists before your stay because it will really make a big difference!!! Definitely deserve a pay rise for this amazing services:)

Excellent customer service - beats any 5 star hotel. Extremely clean and spacious rooms with all the amenities you require. Bonus is the vending machine for any late night snacks! Highly recommend this hotel.

The rec3ption staff Kieran and Chrissie were outstanding and so obliging all staff were great. Accommodation was clean and very comfortable. Our 5th time staying and highly recommend Elaine Reynolds

Reception staff were helpful and efficient. The rooms were well appointed, clean and (as their company name suggests) are good value for money. Plenty to do within walking distance and great if you need to visit the International Rowing Centre (although ypu will need to take a taxi or drive). I stupidly left my wallet in the room and the staff were quick to post it back to me in Melbourne. My only suggestion to future guests is to ask for a room away from the rail line if you are a light sleeper.
